Home Ingredients offers two styling options for our clients, purchase and rental. We can assist you with making the decision on which option best fits your needs.
It all begins with a site visit. From there, we provide our clients with a staging quote. Once it is approved, and contract is signed we ask our clients to provide any inspiration or information on demographic that they wish to share. Home Ingredients can also take the lead and make recommendations based on the project and with our experience. We then provide a furniture board for approval, pulling from our current rental inventory and will source specific items if needed from one of our many wholesale suppliers. Once the furniture is approved, we then select artwork and accessories for installation.
Note: Home Ingredients can suggest and coordinate installation of artwork from Art Gallery Rentals if requested. The client is required to handle all monthly payments to AGR directly.
Minimum one month turnaround from the time of contract signing to installation.
A boutique service where we work closely with our client’s concepts and marketing plans to provide a tailored design within budget and timeline. During the initial site visit, we will do a room-by-room analysis. Then, depending on the construction phase, we can assist with selecting finishes, wall coverings, paint colours, and light fixtures. Next, a styling estimate will be presented, and once approved, Home Ingredients will provide a mood board based on a client brief. The next step will be coordinating trades, sourcing furniture and accessories for approval, and procuring the approved selections for installation.
Minimum three month turnaround from contract signing to installation.
